Fabio holds a degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University, is member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Monza and Brianza since 1989 and is owner of Studio Pessina - Oggioni & Partners Studio Commercialisti Associati, founded in Monza in 1973. He oversees business, tax, corporate consultancy, business crises and over-indebtedness, bankruptcy trustee, business internationalization, with special focus on China. Since 2016, he is member of the Board of Directors of National Social Security Fund for Chartered Accountants in Rome.

Andrée holds a degree in Business Administration from the University Carlo Cattaneo di Castellanza. She began her career as a chartered accountant in 2002 at the Milan office of Studio La Croce, where she became Partner in 2007 and Senior Partner in 2011. She focuses on extraordinary corporate reorganization, debt restructuring and turnaround operations, also in the context of insolvency proceedings. She holds numerous positions in a variety of companies, such as Board member, liquidator or auditor and often receives judicial appointments in several Courts.

Pier Paolo Gori is an Italian accountant and auditor. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Legislation from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. Since 2013 he is partner of Studio Gori.

Don Deyo is an international business executive with 40 years of experience assisting public and private healthcare companies grow their businesses worldwide. Over his career he has contributed to concept-to-commercialization development of eight novel, first-in-human medical technology (medtech) innovations, as part of an innovation legacy spanning more than fifty unique medtech systems overall.

Don served as an executive with Medtronic for the first twenty-nine years of his career before transitioning to building early stage medtech companies. Don consistently demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and determination in both large and small company settings. In the latter phase, Don served as a CEO (3 companies) and a Board Member (6 boards including 3 when CEO) successfully raising capital and building the companies netting a Euronext / NASDAQ IPO for one company, two strategic acquisitions, and an independent, private operating company. Over his career, he has successfully led operating entities located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Don holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering (BSc CprE) from Iowa State University and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas. Don also holds a Global Business Management certificate from University of Michigan/IESE Business Schools joint program, as well as the NACD Directorship Certified® accreditation from the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Over the past 25 years Karl held numerous senior executive positions in both large corporations and start-up companies.

He spent almost ten years as Vice President for Medtronic. In his last role, as Vice President and International General Manager he was member of the global leadership team of the company’s $2 billion neuromodulation business. More recently he took the role of CEO of Autonomic Technologies, a Silicon Valley based neuromodulation start-up, where he was essential in securing the company’s $43 million Round D fundraising in 2015. He holds a MBA from INSEAD, a JD from the Vienna University and a MSc in Business Informatics from the Vienna University of Business and Economics.

Jeff has spent over 20 years in the medical device industry in everything from early-stage start-up companies to the largest medical device company in the world.

He currently serves in executive roles at multiple companies including CEO, Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board. Jeff’s focus is on incubating early-stage companies from idea to proof-of-concept. He previously worked at Medtronic for almost 19 years, serving in multiple senior level roles including Corporate Development, Business Development, Alliance Management, IP Portfolio Management, Strategy and Marketing for Medtronic’s Corporate, Cardiovascular and Neuromodulation sectors. In his last 10 years at Medtronic, Jeff led Strategy and Business Development for Medtronic’s Neuromodulation sector which included Deep Brain Stimulation, Pain Stimulation, Interventional Pain, and Pelvic Health. He has undergraduate degrees in economics and business administration from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
